It all began about twelve years ago when Derek Nightingale and Alan Besant decided to leave their employer to start up their own, and before long they were joined by a third partner, Mark Grove.
“We do very little to promote our business,” explained Alan, “and have virtually never advertised. The only way we have expanded is through personal recommendation and word of mouth”.
Dentists using smaller labs get frustrated when staffing problems and machinery breakdown, causing delays, but we have the resources to deal with this kind of problem, which means we always deliver on time. This means happy patients and fast financial turnover.
We also have the resources to invest in the very latest equipment and pride ourselves in offering a very personal service to patients. In fact we like to think that each patient enjoys the visit.
