I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased I am, and have been with your laboratory over the last twelve years.
I have had so few problems that I can’t even remember one. From single crowns to smile design cases the work has been very good and Derek and Mark have looked after me very well on the complex implant cases.
As you know, at one stage I had to close on seventy associates and some of them used their own laboratories, (though most eventually gravitated to you when I got the chance to convince them) but ADG Dental Services never gave me any problems.
